The second night at Wembley Arena was awesome. Unfortunately, my seat up in the gods at the side of the stage meant that I missed a lot of the light show but I had a good view of the band. Similarly, the sound wasn't perfect due to the FOH PA mixing with the PA directed at our seats, but it didn't matter. Rush were in great form and gave a fantastic performance that was well worth the 12 year wait and £35 ticket.
Highlights included the R30 Overture, a blistering run through of The Seeker, beautifully delicate acoustic renditions of Resist and HFoS, a playful Strangiato, a crunching 2112 and an emotional Working Man.
Definitely the best I've ever seen them.
